Tech Update: WWDC 2018

We have been busy at DAB Technology Blog on the last few months and now we're back with a new Technology article on Apple's WWDC earlier this month.

As you may be aware Apple announced at their annual WWDC new software updates for Apple devices. Software updates were to iOS, tvOS, WatchOS and MacOS. All are available in beta for developers now. The main highlights of the conference was iOS 12, which features:

  • Group Facetime you can now have up to 32 different people in a Facetime call
  • Tongue Detection: for Animojis
  • Screen Time notifications: allows you to set how much screen time you are allowed 

MacOS Mojave

  • Has a new dark mode for apps
